“Mediation Advocacy: how to assist clients successfully in mediation” is a 2 h webinar created by ADR Center to equip lawyers and legal professionals with the advanced skills and knowledge necessary to represent clients in mediation in a manner that optimizes settlement chances. By attending it, participants can gain effective understanding and application of mediation advocacy techniques and develop their capacity for screening for cases suitable for mediation. This is coupled with gaining in-depth understanding of the recent legal developments in the field of mediation and how the legal profession is affected from it. Practical strategies and tools shall be shared also on determining fairly the legal fees due for lawyer’s participation in mediation proceedings.
