Requirements and Procedures
Service Requirements This service is available to any entity that wishes to provide Accredited training to Legal Consultants in the Emirate of Dubai.
Service Outcomes For Approval: Accredited Provider Code.
For Rejection: Email.
Required Documents
  1. Articles of Associations.
  2. Accreditation Form (A1).
  3. Company Profile.
Application process
  1. Fill application form and submit it.
  2. Review the application and submitted documents.
  3. Application assessment.
    1. Pass (80% or above) the Department will send an Accredited Provider Code.
    2. Accreditation Form (A1).
  4. Update the Accredited Provides list on CLPD Portal.

Service Name CLPD Training Course Accreditation Request
Service Description Accrediting courses as part of the Continuing Legal Professional Development Programme so that Legal Consultants can attain accredited CLPD points.

  3. Training objectives.
  4. Training materials.
  5. Speaker/Trainer Profile.
Application process
  1. Fill application form and submit it with the required documents.
  2. Review the application and submitted documents.
  3. Application assessment.
    1. Pass (80% or above) the Department will send an Accredited Provider Code.
    2. Reject (below 80%) the Department will send a rejection Email.
  4. Update the Accredited Provides list on CLPD Portal.

Service Fees 1050 Dirhams per course
(1000 Dirham for the course, 50 Dirham VAT)

Service Requirements Registration on the roll of practicing legal consultants.
Registration on the CLPD portal.
Service Outcomes CLPD Course Access.
Confirmation Email.
Allocation of Mandatory.

  2. Purchase adequate credits through the portal.
  3. Select the desired training session.
  4. Select the desired time and date of the training session.
  5. Register for the desired course.
  6. Confirmation email sent With payment receipt attached.
