They are intangible, digital, or electronic, and have certain unique issues such as: how can you own virtual assets; who owns them; and whether can they be copied or modified by others. This session aims to provide stakeholders with relevant information on their legal rights and obligations fostering a greater understanding of the legal implications of virtual assets and ensuring that everyone is aware of the potential risks associated with their use.
