Introduction to Islamic Finance Model (English Language) (E-learning)

An introduction to Islamic Finance and its key concepts. This session will provide an overview of Islamic Finance, principal Islamic Finance techniques and contracts, key financing structures and the role of Shari’ah approval and law firms. This session will look at the differences between Islamic and conventional financing, and will further cover the following structures in a debt finance context:

-Pure and commodity based Murabaha;
-Ijara wa iktina (lease with an option to purchase); and
-Istisna’a.
