The course will be delivered by experienced senior lecturers from the University of East Anglia.

Forum selection agreements substantially reduce and manage jurisdictional risks in cross border and international transactions. It is therefore important to unpack the substantive and procedural principles that organize the enforcement of FSCs. The course will therefore aim to introduce these rules under UAE federal law. The course also covers the Hague Convention on the exclusive choice of law agreements, and other leading systems such as US, EU, and English law.
