These include:
– The Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection, as amended by Law No. 5 of 2023, in addition to Cabinet Resolution No. 66 of 2023, which issued the executive regulations for the Consumer Protection Law effective from October 2023.
– Federal Decree-Law No. 14 of 2023 on Commerce through Modern Technology (E-Commerce Law) which came into effect in September 2023, governing consumer rights in e-commerce transactions.
