This course studies commercial agency, distribution and franchising agreements in the UAE, and analyses the UAE’s competition law regime. The UAE’s Commercial Code, Commercial Agency Law and Competition Law have each been repealed and replaced during the period 2021 – 2023. In this course, we look at the evolution of these key Laws and relevant regulations, highlighting the key recent changes and developments and using case studies and practical examples to give context.
