Course description
The New UAE Civil Code: Federal Decree-Law No. 25 of 2025 is a 2-hour, CPD-accredited e-learning programme for UAE-qualified advocates, in-house counsel, and legal consultants. It explains the most significant recodification of onshore UAE civil law since 1985 — which comes into force on 1 June 2026 and repeals the 1985 Civil Code — and shows, through real Emirati judgments re-examined under the new rules, how it changes day-to-day advice, drafting, and litigation strategy. The course is delivered with recorded voiceover narration, scenario-based reveals, and step-through process slides, and finishes with a scored assessment reported to your LMS.
