Drafting Commercial Obligations

In this session, we will look at drafting and negotiation points on some of the most common types of clauses within commercial contracts: warranties and indemnities, limitation of liability clauses, and restrictive covenants.

These clauses are relevant in corporate Sale and Purchase Agreements – and therefore this course accompanies the M&A Drivers mandatory session. However, because these clauses are seen in many types of commercial agreements, all commercial lawyers would benefit from this course.
